Feels so good to be doing this holiday (sans Spain) that we've been thinking about for some time.
Porto is kinda awesome, kinda run down, kinda Taiwan-esque, kinda hilly... but a great place to start this thing off...

What impresses me is: who'd think "Porto, that is where I must go", but then you go there, and it's awesome! That was my experience of Bucharest, Portugal, Brunei...
ReplyDeleteYes! Nicola's parents were all up in our grills like mofos saying stuff like "Why? Why? What's in Portugal? Why not somewhere more especiale?" And we're like "I dunno, but clearly living on the Lord and Lady's manor has made you all stuck in your ways and only keen on lame places like Wales and Provence AND saying stuff like "especiale"... Missing out I tell you! Porto is great!
